Capturing the Magic of Emma and Joey’s Intimate Wedding Day

As a photographer, there’s nothing quite like capturing the magic of a wedding day, and Emma and Joey’s wedding was no exception. From the moment I arrived at Emma’s mother’s house, I was made to feel welcome and part of the family. I sipped on coffee and captured some wonderful moments as Emma got ready for her big day.

The bride looked stunning with her hair styled by her brother and her bespoke dress designed by Martin Dobson. Martin even joined us in the morning to help, adding a special touch to the day. Emma was chauffeured to the ceremony at Shire Hall, Woodbridge in a classic VW camper van, which provided a unique and stylish touch.

As Emma walked down the aisle with her father, it was clear to everyone that the couple was deeply in love. The ceremony was full of wonderful moments that I was thrilled to capture, and it was a pleasure to see the couple exchange their vows.

After the ceremony, we captured some beautiful shots of Emma and Joey together, including a special moment with Joey’s stepdad’s Triumph TR6. We then headed to The Crown at Woodbridge for the reception, where the couple and their guests were treated to an impeccable dining experience.

The best man’s speech was definitely one of the highlights of the day. It had a twist that I’ll never forget – he gave all the guests a URL to a YouTube video with a compilation of the groom and best man’s antics over the years! It was a touching and hilarious tribute to the friendship between the two men.

Throughout the day, Emma’s bridesmaids looked stunning, adding to the magic of the day. Their presence was a testament to the love and support that Emma and Joey have in their lives.

Overall, it was a small, intimate wedding with only their closest family and friends. It was an honour to be a part of the couple’s special day, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to capture their cherished memories.
