Introduction
Welcome to Foyers Weddings Photography (the “Company”). These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to our photography and videography services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Service Description
We provide professional photography and videography services for weddings and other events. Our Services include the following:
Consultations with clients to discuss their photography and videography needs
On-site photography and videography services during the event
Post-production services, including editing, retouching, and video production
Delivery of final products to clients, either digitally or in print
Booking and Payment
To book our Services, you must sign a contract and pay a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the event of our cancellation or breach of contract.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date. We accept payment by cash, check, or bank transfer.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must provide us with at least 30 days’ notice. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you will be responsible for paying the full balance of the contract.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide you with alternative dates or a full refund of your deposit.
Use of Final Products
You may use the final products we provide to you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, license, or otherwise distribute the products without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the final products, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of Foyers Weddings Photography. You may not use or reproduce the final products without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Foyers Weddings Photography be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services or your use of the final products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foyers Weddings Photography, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to these Terms
Foyers Weddings Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. Your continued use of our Services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
